2024 Jam Camp North Schedule

We offer jam sessions in bluegrass, old-time, blues, jazz, and more, often with options for slow, medium, and up-to-speed levels. Our schedule, linked below, is your guide to find jams that fit your ability and interests. There’s something for everyone!

This year Dick Bowden will offer a session on how to participate in a jam session. If this sounds like your cup of tea, we ask that you spend some time before camp learning the tunes listed below. There won’t be time in class to work on learning these tunes; rather we’ll use these tunes to learn how to play in a jam session. This session will be offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and is suitable for banjo (bluegrass and clawhammer), fiddle, mandolin, guitar and bass. The tunes and their keys are:
